We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the products and services on this website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Zade Home will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.  We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your zadehome.com login or account details, please contact us immediately.

Use of this Website

You warrant that all details you provide to zadehome.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Your contract for purchases made through zadehome.com is with Zade Home Ltd and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

You warrant that the name used by you to place an order and to arrange payment is your true name. The use of any other name will entitle us to withdraw from the contract and may lead to prosecution.  

Zade Home reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

• you fail to make payment to us when due
• you breach any of our terms and conditions
• when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
• we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on zadehome.com. 

You agree that if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

Registration

During the registration process, you must select a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. You must change your user name and/or password immediately if you think someone else may know it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Zade Home as soon as possible.

Ordering

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Zade Home to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order including any delivery charges.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Zade Home for the sale of our products will only exist once payment has been taken by Zade Home for your order. Payment will only be taken by Zade Home after your order has been accepted and processed. After payment has been taken by Zade Home, your order will be despatched to you.  We will send you an email confirmation once your goods have been despatched. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to 7 working days after receipt of your goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days; however it is your responsibility to return the goods, at your own cost, if you have already received them.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.  Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged if an item is not in stock or your order has not been accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please refer to the Delivery page of this website.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your goods, you can return them to us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.  You may also cancel your order with us, under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, up to 7 days after receiving your goods.  If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days; however it is your responsibility to return the goods, at your own cost, if you have already received them.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

To return any products to us, please complete the returns section of the invoice which comes with your order, and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please make sure that the invoice is enclosed with the goods you are returning and post the items to the returns address listed on the invoice. We strongly recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. All items must be securely packed; damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Prices and Charges

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are on zadehome.com are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro. Payments can also be made using Zade Home gift vouchers. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (£).

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery

Providing the item you order is in stock, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers for the delivery times mentioned in the Delivery page.  Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.  We will advise you by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched.  

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country.  We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

While Zade Home uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Zade Home will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

While Zade Home takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Zade Home will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
