Providing the item you order is in stock, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within the delivery times mentioned above. However, sometimes during busy periods, including sales, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service team. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, and AB postcodes typically take longer to arrive, so please allow up to 10 business days before contacting our Customer Service team. Please allow an extra day for delivery in the event of a bank holiday.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
