Returns
Free returns are available on all UK orders.
If you are not entirely happy with your goods, you can return them to us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You may also cancel your order with us, under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, up to 7 days after receiving your goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days; however it is your responsibility to return the goods if you have already received them.
To return any products to us, please complete the returns section of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please make sure that the invoice is enclosed with the goods you are returning and post the items to the returns address listed on the invoice. We strongly recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. All items must be securely packed; damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
